Our standard turnaround time is 15-20 days from time of payment AND receipt of final artwork. We are sometimes able to rush projects for a fee. To get this project started, please email us the following information as soon as possible: - Order quantities by size (how many smalls, mediums, larges, etc.). - Project Deadline (this should be 1-2 days BEFORE your event when possible). - Final Artwork (please review art requirements below and share with your designer). If you need support with ensuring your art is print-ready, we can do that for you for a small charge. And (in case you're curious), here are the steps that follow: - We require 100% payment on all orders BEFORE we order product or start production. Once we've received artwork and sizes, you will receive a sales order with a secure payment link. We take all major credit cards or ACH bank transfer. - Within 2-4 business days of receipt of final artwork, you will receive a digital proof. This is your opportunity to double check spelling, graphic placement, and size! Please review promptly (1-2 days) to ensure your deadline is met. Once this proof is approved and payment is made, we're ready to roll! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you on this project! All the best, INK Sales Below is a detailed list of art requirements. If you are unable to provide us with the file types below, please send us what you have and we'll see what we can do! Artwork that is not print ready may be subject to a $65/hour fee. General Art Guidelines: - Most images and clip-art pulled from the web (72dpi) are not suitable for printing. - Make sure to use images at least 300dpi or larger. Create all art as Vector or at least 300dpi (the size you want it printed) - The cleaner your artwork resolution the better the print. - Standard stock colors are included in your price; any specific pantone requirements will incur a $15 fee per color. Please inquire for a list of our stock colors. Adobe Illustrator: - Convert all fonts to outlines. - Make sure all placed images are a minimum 300 dpi and are linked to the file. - Convert all colors to Spot Colors. - Save art at the physical dimensions that you would like it to be printed. - Please include a JPEG for reference in case of data loss. Adobe Photoshop: - Save Adobe Photoshop files as (.psd, .tif, .eps). - Create art at the physical size that you want it to be printed and save files at 300dpi. - Merge all layers of the art except for the background color (shirt color). - Rasterize all fonts. Canva: - Click the download button on the top bar. - Click the file type drop down. - Select PDF Print from the drop down. - Below the drop down, click the crop and bleed check box. - Click download. Canva and Pantone: Canva does allow you to input your brand Pantone colors. However, when it is exported, it changes Pantone colors to RGB. If we’ve done any printing for your company in the past using Pantone colors, this can create some discrepancy. We do our best to match regardless, however you should be aware that anything printed from Canva in RGB will not 100% match previously printed items with Pantones embedded.
